Spencer is one of the best agents around - if not the best. I have no hesitation in writing this because he has helped managed all my properties (and tenants) for the past few years. A number of these properties are getting on in age and Spencer has been of tremendous help in assisting to liase with my contractors and tenants. He works extremely hard and is always contactable. He has also helped me to find new tenants (at higher rentals) when the old ones move out/leave the country. Spencer is dedicated, professional and has a lot of patience. A trait lacking today. He is truly an asset to ERA and to me !
